Day 128: Hiawatha (RAGBRAI Day 5)

Lie-in until 6.30am: yippee! The later start meant that the queues were significantly longer at the food and drink vendors. Indeed, it was so bad at the handmade ice cream stop that I couldn't be bothered with it! Especially when people already in the queue allowed their team mates to jump the line (very poor form!). Otherwise, it was another great day of riding and chatting with fellow riders.

And at the end of the day I got to sleep in a bed thanks to Paul, who I met on the rode, and his sister who lives in Hiawatha. Thanks to you both for your hospitality.
