Day 26: Kanab

So last night I arrived at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon just as the sun was setting and arose just as it was rising! (5.30AM)(A very unusual occurrence for me!).

It was great to have the whole of the North Rim to myself for some early morning photography.

Crossed into Utah this afternoon: The Beehive State

Tonight, after three nights of slumming it, I've gone for some luxury by treating myself to a motel room: hot shower (oh the joy); laundry (almost everything needed cleaning!); top up gadgets with electrons (all effectively paper weights); and finally a bed (two to choose from!). And to top it off, I ate at, supposedly, the best restaurant in town! Well, if you can't be good to yourself....!
