Day 36: Merryville (Louisiana)

So today we left Texas behind and entered Louisiana (Dog Country!) the Creole State.

Tonight the Ladies of Merryville Historical Society are cooking for us a traditional Cajun meal, which should be interesting, if perhaps a little too hot and spicy for my delicate palette! We shall see!
