Day 44: Sunshine Campsite

Today was a pleasant ride, mainly up hill, but not too steep, until the sting in the tail towards the end of the ride, when the gradient increased and both the first and second final options for camping were both closed.

Similarly two of the three potential refuelling stops were either closed until May (i.e. Tomorrow!) or were in a state of ruins. Fortunately I had some emergency rations with me for such eventualities.

So tonight I again have a "closed" campsite all to myself.
