Day 113: Leulinghen-Bernes (Drive)
Well it was a chilly night in Maire. In fact it was so unexpectedly cold
A leisurely drive down to Zaragoza. As I crossed the border into Spain both I and the weather cheered up! It was pouring with rain when I set off, but the roads were nice and quiet. Decided to take the motorway, pay the tolls (about €8), rather than tackle the drive through the Bayonne agglomeration: it was a nightmare last time! once bitten, twice shy (and other such cliches!). Plus it was predicted to take twice as much time.
Arrived at Zaragoza motorhome central mid afternoon, which is located northwest of Zaragoza. It was 15°C and sunny, so I went for a walk. Then returned to the van to plan tomorrow's cycle tour of the city.
