Day 10: Valencia (Culture!)

Where as I was hoping for some culture in Valencia I actually got the run around trying to acquire a Spanish PrePaid sim card, which turned out to be much harder than anticipated.

Eventually, I managed to purchase a sim in the fourth Movistar shop I visited. However, in attempting to set the sim card up I inadvertently managed to subscribe to a website called "Crazy Media"! I now stupid me!

I shan't bore you with all the details, other than to say I was put on hold by my credit card provider, for approximately 40 minutes, whilst they found a human being that I could talk to about preventing unauthorized funds from being charged to my card!

To finish on a positive note, my Movistar sim is up and running and, for €10, I have 60GB of data at my disposal every 4 weeks! So hopefully no more data worries for the remainder of this adventure.

• Weather: Sunny from dawn till dusk.
• Culture "consumed": almost zero! Although I did enjoy the many miles I walked to get a sim card and the opportunity it gave to view some interesting architecture along the way!
