Day 103: Puebla de Sanabria (Cycle)

Thankfully, today's climb was open ... this sign is obviously strategically located ... halfway up the climb!

Today's climb was fairly easy, but only became interesting and enjoyable to me for the final 4 kilometres or so. It has previously been designated "a top 100 hundred climb" and the route is also a Michelin "Scenic Road".

In fairness it was very hazy early on, and during the climb, which probably effected potential views and photo quality. Also, it did cross my mind that the scenic nature of a route and/or climb may depend on the time of the year the route/climb is traversed. So, perhaps repeating the route on another day may result in a more positive assessment of its scenicness!
