Day 108: Carrizo de la Ribera (Cycle)
Today's ride had some roads designated as being scenic. Although the ride was not sublime, nor spectacular or super scenic, it was a very nice, pleasant, easy ride that I enjoyed. The roads were very quiet; the pace was leisurely; and it was neither too hot nor too cold. There was plenty of bird song. Including, woodpeckers and cuckoos. Neither of which I saw, but I did see a couple of storks at just about the highpoint of the day (1194 metres)(the lowpoint was 872 metres):

Whilst cycling (and driving) in this here locality, I have noticed that the "Leonians" appear to have a degree of animosity towards their "Castillan" cousins:

Like I said, a very easy paced, pleasant cycle today: Setting myself up for the BIG day tomorrow!
