Day 113: Leulinghen-Bernes (Drive)
Well it was a chilly night in Maire. In fact it was so unexpectedly cold
The highest point of the tour was reached today: Hoosier Pass (3,518m, 11,542ft, 2.62bn). This is the highest I have ever cycled.
This area of Colorado (Breckenridge/Frisco/Dillon) is ultra bike friendly in terms of infrastructure and number of cyclists, but many a Colorado driver is anything but friendly towards cyclists!

Finally, here is a photograph of a Purple Daisy!
