Day 28: South of el Campello (Alacant/Alacante)

It's Saturday.

So, I decided to visit Alacant/Alacante because, if I didn't go today it would have to be Monday, and I'd rather be somewhere else then. Also, following my exposure to the works of Joan Navarro Ramon and Josefa Fisac Martín whilst in Altea, I was keen to see more Spanish art.

Accordingly, I chose to vist Mubag (Museo de Bellas Artes Gravina). Yet, mostly the works majored on the Romantic Period; not what I wanted to see! However, it was free to get in!

I did manage to get some sourdough bread, coffee beans and, I did pay a visit to the fine ice cream shop that is Anomaly.

On my way to buy coffee (I recommend: Espacio Elemental, Carrer del Cid, 3):

  • Distance driven: 0
  • Distance cycled: 0
  • Weather: Mostly sunny, clouding over late afternoon. T's about 16°C. Winds forecast to be 60 km/h gusting 100 km/h in the mountains! It certainly wasn't like that down by the coast.
