Day 43: New Orleans (Rest Day)

Today Sue drove us all to New Orleans where we shall spend the night.

Arrived at midday. So it was sightseeing in the French Quarter in the afternoon, followed by a meal in the Red Fish Grill in the evening. It was very busy for a monday night, but the good was good. From there it was a walk down Bourbon Street and then to Cafe du Monde for chicory coffee and beignets (kind of doughnut thingy) and finally a gelato .... yes, I'm eating my way around New Orleans.
