Day 47: San Juan de los Terreros (Cycle)

Lots of blue skies, temperatures at about 25°C and, of course, wind! However, mostly the wind was in my favour.

The cycling was good. Basically I cycled the reverse of last year's route, but without the not very interesting spur.

Here's a photo of a small church located roughly half way up the big climb of the day:

... his name is (was) Paco Rabel (an actor).

At the summit of the climb (elevation approx. 585 metres), looking towards whence I came!

And now to where I was heading:

Although I cycled on the D-24, I did not encounter any loose, slippery gravel!

Finally, about a mile or so out of town there is this rather strange isolated housing scheme:
