Day 6: el Saler [nr Valencia] (Drive)

Well, it has not been a good day! In summary:

• The bike shop in Tarazona did not have the part I was looking for. My bike needs a replacement chainring. Stupidly, I didn't bring such spares! Extra stupidly, I shouldn't have needed a spare! No excuses.
• The drive to Valencia was OK, except I slowly developed a headache, which I remain afflicted by.
• On arrival in Valencia I visited 4 bicycle shops, 3 of which were recommended, but none had the part! The time had reached 6.30pm ish.
• Giving up, I set off for the park-up location I've used for the past three years only to discover that overnight parking is now prohibited from 1am to 8am: with potential fines of €100.
• I now reside a short distance away, by the side of the road in el Saler, which initially was a "a make do" place to make my evening meal (my stomach was becoming concerned my throat had been cut!), but now looks as though it will be tonight's stopover: as it is now gone 11pm, and I'm knackered!
