Day 8: Days Inn, Tempe

Today was supposed to be a 70 mile decent into Tempe, but again it was effectively a false flat. Talking of flats I got my first puncture today whilst riding on the Canal Cycle Path into Pheonix.

As usual although it was 30°c Kieth was dressed for winter!

Went to the Four Peaks Brewery for beer (no supprises there then) and a Salmon BLT, and very good it was too.

Tomorrow is a rest day so hope to update blog with some photos.

Also off to watch Man U vs Man C tomorrow at 12.45pm. What a great way to spend your rest day!
