Day 113: Leulinghen-Bernes (Drive)
Well it was a chilly night in Maire. In fact it was so unexpectedly cold
So awoke to glorious mountain views.
Rode a bit.
Got togged up (the donning of clothes in a vain attempt to stay warm on the descent) at the summit of Bow Pass.
Rode some more.
Had a long stopover at Lake Louise where good food was had. On leaving we met Megan.
Rode some more.
Ice cream, coffee, cake and pee stop at Castle Junction.
Rode some more.
Crossed over Vermillion pass (a very odd location for the Continental Divide!). Continued riding. Arrived at (Closed) Marble Canyon Campground). Stealth camped ignoring warning sign of bear in locale.
