Day 10: Quarzite

So last year I cycled this same route in 3 hours and 3 minutes, this time round it took 4 hours and 35 minutes, which just goes to show how difficult I'm finding it.

I keep saying to myself that it is character building, but I'm not convinced that it is!

Staying at the same campsite as last year. It is costing me $18 for the night. Fortunately this time I've a tree to camp underneath, but the ground is still stoney. Yet, at least the showers etc are spotlessly clean, which is a marked change from those at Palo Verde!

Had Pizza for dinner at Silly Al's, and very good it was too, and there is plenty left for breakfast!
