Bonus Day: Keswick (Drive/Cycle/Drive)
On the way home, through Englandshire, I made a minor detour to Keswick to have
Just a 321 mile drive, some of it in the rain, and a park-up at the village hall. This leaves me with a 30 minute drive to the ferry terminal tomorrow morning.
I originally thought it best to arrive near to Calais the night before crossing the channel the following morning; just in case there are problems getting to Calais. Now I'm thinking an evening ferry may have been a better option. Maybe next time!
