Day 115: La Pola Llaviana (Cycle)
Breakfast: 3 slices of toast (1 marmalade, 1 marmite, 1 honey), a small mug of coffee and some water.
On the bike: 1 bottle of water.
All of which sustained me for a 101 kilometre ride with about 1,700 metres of ascent.
Just a straight out and back again kind of cycle ride today. The first 50.5 kilometres were mostly up, and the final 50.5 kilometres were mostly down!
The main goal was to climb up to the Puerto de Tarna (1490 metres).

However, there is a bonus: 2.8 kilometres of further climbing, up to the Puerto de Las Sénales (1625 metres), for those that haven't had enough. I hadn't, so up I went!

Here's a photo looking to the region of Castile and León

And here's a couple taken during the climb to Puerto de Tarna.
