Day 113: Leulinghen-Bernes (Drive)
Well it was a chilly night in Maire. In fact it was so unexpectedly cold
Here we see Cindy (on the ICE Trike) with new super puncture resistance tyres, which replaced the previous set following 6 punctures. So, given that her stead has three wheels she and I both have the same ratio of punctures as a function of the number of wheels our respective bike have!
We can also see Molly in the photo, she was my cooking partner yesterday.
Both Cindy and Molly live in West Virginia and are good friends, at least they were when we set off! No doubt they still will be when we arrive in St Augustine.
The following photo shows our no shade lunch stop .... on leaving Marathon the next available shade does not materialise until Sanderson, approximately 52 miles later!
And finally, a photograph showing the Budget Motel sign .... not too sure how much further I need to go before I reach it!
