These creatures are Brahmas, originally from India.
It would appear that they are not very tasty but, will eat almost anything and are highly resistant to al sorts of viruses, diseases and pests. They are crossbreed with the Angus to produce Brangus. If I should see a Brangus I'll certainly stop and take a photograph.
