Day 49: Salida (Rest Day)

A very rainy day in Salida.

It would appear that we are experiencing unseasonably wet weather. Indeed there is to be at least as much rain today as would be expected for the whole of May. That's weather for you.

Nonetheless I expect to be on the road tomorrow. Wet I can deal with, cold and wet is another matter. So tomorrow will be deemed a success if I'm able to keep warm. Let's not set the bar too high, thus reducing the potential for disappointment!
