Day 71: Pueblo Salinas (Cycle/Drive)
Apart from high velocity winds in the afternoon, the weather was much improved. I know!
A relaxing day, updating the blog, dodging snow and rain, and reassessing tomorrow's route towards Rawlins: Local knowledge informs me that at least 20 miles of the road I was going to take is gravel and, given the recent weather conditions, best avoided on a road bike. The alternate route adds approximately 40 miles to get to Rawlins and it looks as though I'll be wild/stealth camping.
