Day 47: Sargents

Blue Mesa Reservoir is the largest body of water in Colorado:

Ooooh, (one for the physicists out there!) look at that interference pattern!

So tonight I stay at Sargents. First thing in the morning I have about 900m (3,000ft) of climbing to get to Monarch Pass (11,312 ft). Then it is all down hill to Salida, and a rest day!
